Ionic serve at OpenSuse does not work

Hello.

I am trying to run

`ionic serve
`

and I get this error from console:

`[INFO] Waiting for connectivity with react-scripts…
`

So I have to start the server using npm start. Why I can use ionic serve? or Why I get wainting for connectivity with react-scripts…
