ionic generate throws error when specified --no-module option

**Description:**

I have installed fresh ionic and tried to run a command to generate a component without module but it threw the following error:

>generate component BootScreen --no-module
ng.cmd generate component BootScreen --module=false --project=app
File false does not exist.
[ERROR] Could not generate component.

**Steps to Reproduce:**

`generate component BootScreen --no-module`

**Output:**

`File false does not exist.`

**My `ionic info`:**

Start by tracing the generate command's handling of --no-module and how it forwards --module=false to Angular's generator. Reproduce the command on Windows and verify that component generation succeeds without treating false as a file path.
