Customize the startup script for React apps in ionic server or capacitor

Problem occurrence：
Eject is executed to expose webpack configuration file , this operation invalidates the V command , so run ionic server or capacitor will throw the following exception ：
Cannot find module 'node_modules\react-scripts\bin\react-scripts.js‘
