ionic cordova run android --livereload does not work with a default project

I have start a project with this:

nvm install 10.16.3
nvm use 10.16.3
npm install -g ionic
npm install -g cordova
ionic start myApp tabs --cordova
cd myApp
ionic cordova run android --livereload
```

Without `--livereload` the app works:


But with `--livereload` I have just a white screen and this:

I'm using VScode with Git Bash on Windows 10.

Start by reproducing the default project with `ionic cordova run android --livereload` on Windows 10 using Git Bash, then compare it with the successful command without `--livereload`. Trace the CLI entry point that invokes `native-run` and inspect the emulator's white-screen behavior; done means the default Android app launches with live reload enabled.
