ionic cli command asks for git host but does not allow choosing AppFlow, Registers arrow keys twice

**Description:**
I click the arrow key once, but selection moves two items ahead in the list, example git Host selection list, GitHub repo selection list.

**Steps to Reproduce:**
ionic start my_app

Start by reproducing the issue with `ionic start my_app`, then trace the CLI prompts for Git host and repository selection. Done means AppFlow can be selected and one arrow-key press advances the list by only one item.
