- edit a layer after you added it to the map.
- use the exact same polygon to choose an area for different layers.
- view the polygon you've drawn.
- see the coordinates at the location of your cursor when drawing a polygon.
- decide if you want points or coloured grids before you add a layer, so you can view what the map looks like.
