[Bug]: Updating the app breaks tab to accept suggestion and requires a restart to fix

Please let me know if anyone else has this issue.

Please also make sure that it can only be fixed by restarting the Mac. And you have checked the following:
- You have restarted Xcode after an update, which is mandatory.
- You can accept the suggestions with buttons and key bindings.

Reproduce the issue after updating the app, then verify whether suggestions can be accepted with Tab, buttons, and key bindings after restarting Xcode. Trace the update-related behavior and compare it with a full Mac restart; done means updating no longer leaves Tab acceptance broken or requires a restart to recover.
