[Help Wanted]: Syntax Error during CopilotForXcode Local Build

Hello,
I attempted to build CopilotForXcode locally, but received the following error:
```
Call to method 'rebuildService' in closure requires explicit use of 'self' to make capture semantics explicit
```

My development environment is:
```
admin@Mac-mini ~ % xcodebuild -version
Xcode 14.1
Build version 14B47b

admin@Mac-mini ~ % swift --version
swift-driver version: 1.62.15 Apple Swift version 5.7.1 (swiftlang-5.7.1.135.3 clang-1400.0.29.51)
Target: arm64-apple-macosx12.0
```
The code version I am trying to build is tag 0.18.0.

Could you please provide any guidance on how to address this error?

Check out tag 0.18.0 and reproduce the local build with Xcode 14.1 and Swift 5.7.1. Start from the compiler diagnostic for rebuildService and inspect the surrounding closure to identify the required change. Done means the project builds successfully in the reported environment.
