Final Step of 'Baselining Source Code" Not Working

After completing all the prior steps and pulling changes into the main branch that has just incorporated changes from the baseline-export branch, I get the following error when trying to do 'Import All (Force)' from the source control menu:

ERROR #5002: ObjectScript error: GetTempFileAndRoutineTS+7^SourceControl.Git.Utils.1

Start with docs/baselining.md and reproduce the final baselining step through the source control menu using Import All (Force). Trace the reported GetTempFileAndRoutineTS+7^SourceControl.Git.Utils.1 error from the import output. Done means the documented final import completes without the VALUE OUT OF RANGE error.
