Sync Operation does not work from VS Code.

I have my module (V2.13.0) configured to use "Basic Mode". When I use the "Sync" option from the source control menu in VS Code, the modal opens up in a new tab. I added my commit message and click "Sync". The operation never completes and I do not see any output appear in the output window. (The button text changes to "Syncing..." and VS Code spins on the "Executing User Action: Sync" notification)

However, when I trigger "Sync" from the SC menu anywhere within the System Management Portal, I see the whole output and the entire git sequence can complete through the rebase.

Riproducete l’operazione Sync di VS Code con il modulo in Basic Mode e confrontatela con Sync dal System Management Portal. Verificate che il modal di VS Code completi la sequenza git fino a rebase e che l’output venga visualizzato nella finestra di output.
