Document VS Code with server-side source control for custom code in HealthConnect Cloud

We should add an example use case to the HealthConnect Cloud documentation for tasks that require writing code (for example creating a new utility function for a routing rule or a custom component). This should include how to export an ISFS workspace from the Git Web UI and how to access the Server Source Control menu in VS Code.
