Add embedding function to the open ai wrapper

- Update the config to include the embedding link.
- Add the embedding function to open ai wrapper.
- Create the embedding input class / or update if exist.
- Create remote embedding function / or update if exist.
- Create a unit testing function.

Embedding api: "/v1/embeddings"
