azure_tdx_adapter doesn't collect tpm evidence

tdx cli from [client for go](https://github.com/intel/trustauthority-client-for-go) has an option to collect tpm evidence for azure attestation

Start at the azure_tdx_adapter entry point and compare its evidence collection with the tdx CLI option in the linked Trust Authority client for Go. Confirm how TPM evidence is represented and passed through, then verify that Azure attestation receives it when the adapter runs.
