Better default name to save the localization tabke

Right now, every localization file produced by ZOLA is named ZOLA_localization_table, which make it difficult to know which source file it is related to. Would it be possible that the default export file name derives from the file name of the image opened?

Start at the export action that writes the localization table and trace how the opened image file name is available there. Update the default output name to derive from that image name, then verify that exporting a localization file produces the expected name.
