Clean the shareloc platform

Hi,
Following our exchange, to clean up the platform, there would be some aspects that still need to improve
- could we filtered out the "migration required" samples so that we can control the quality without removing the data
- would it be better if we set by default the page as production mode
- this [sample](https://shareloc.xyz/#/?id=10.5072%2Fzenodo.877208) was uploaded by you I supposed, could you please change the name and description?
- would it be possible to indicate how many samples we have for each card
- a description for the institution would be useful as we discussed

Start by splitting the five platform requests into separately scoped tasks and clarify the expected behavior for each one. Review the current ShareLoc platform, including the linked sample, and define completion criteria for filtering migration-required samples, production mode, metadata edits, sample counts, and institution descriptions.
