Submission UI Improvement - Cancel Submission Button

Description
Suggest adding button beside confirmation button on the status page that closes the submission. (i.e. same functionality as uploading a new .csv file in the new submission page). Context: I initially missed the line that says I can upload a new .csv to clear existing submissions (sorry, i can't read), and was quite perplexed by how I'm stuck with a bugged out submission from the last round of testing. I only read until bullet 2., and just clicked into the existing submission without reading 3.
