Not able to install it on Windows

Nobody has claimed this yet.

When I tried to `npm install javasciprt-precommit`, it gave me an error:

The chinese character in the error log above means '.' is not a valid command.

I could fix this by modify the package.json from

"postinstall": "./bin/postinstall.js",
"uninstall": "./bin/uninstall.js"
},
```

to

```

"postinstall": "node ./bin/postinstall.js",
"uninstall": "node ./bin/uninstall.js"
},
```
