Static links inside MD docs are not correct

As an example, in the installation docs there is a link to `Advanced Configuration` which is not the correct link. All of the docs need to be tested and all MD links need to be corrected.

This will be true throughout the docs.

Start with the installation documentation and inspect the Advanced Configuration link mentioned in the issue, then review the other Markdown documents for static links. Verify each link and correct broken targets across the docs; done means all Markdown links resolve correctly.
