Description
We currently have several issues for optimizing Guest binary loading they are all very similar. The next step would be to look deeply at three of them and figure out the best approach.
I've linked them all here in this issue as a way to coordinate the work. This could be similar to the work in #666 and take inspiration from the design happening there.
