[...] snapshots are missing this state for when hw-interrupts are enabled. We should add lapic to serialized snapshot in a future pr so hw-interrupt works snapshot works correctly

No file or test is named. Start by locating the x64 snapshot serialization and restore entry points, then trace how LAPIC state is handled when hw-interrupts is enabled. Done means snapshots preserve and restore LAPIC state so hardware-interrupt behavior remains correct.
