Create example for correlation ID propagation down to hyperlight calls

## Rationale
To show users how to correctly propagate correlation ID for a specific workload, we need an example that makes use of the hyperlight-host as a dependency.
Using the tracing crate (opentelemetry also) and a correlation ID that identifies a specific workload the example should emphasize how to set everything up so that the traces related to the hyperlight request can also be identified by the same correlation ID.
