add name constraint docs

Some hyper Services have constraints on values. We need to add these to the docs:

- [ ] Cache store name
- [ ] Cache keys
- [ ] Database names
- [ ] Queue names

No file, page, test, or source of the constraints is named. Locate the documentation sections for cache stores, cache keys, databases, and queues, then verify the applicable name constraints from the corresponding service documentation or implementation. Done means each checklist item has documented constraints and the docs build successfully.
