PixArt-δ ControlNet with diffusers

PixArt-δ ControlNet and [Checkpoint](https://huggingface.co/PixArt-alpha/PixArt-ControlNet/tree/main) has been released and it seems that the diffusers framework does not currently support. Is it possible to add a PixArtControlNetPipeline just like controlnet pipelines of sd 1.5?
Since we already have PixArtAlphaPipeline in diffusers, it will be much more convenient to use PixArt-δ if the corresponding controlnet pipeline is supported.
