Dynamic thresholding (full)

I am trying to increase the variety and quality of my results

I would like dynamic thresholding implemented

Doing it myself, paying someone better than to do it or giving up

code is short too. less than 200 lines.

Start with the linked dynthres_core.py and compare its behavior with the Diffusers implementation to identify the relevant pipeline entry point. Done means full dynamic thresholding is integrated into Diffusers and its image-generation behavior is validated.
