please add strength to wanimagetovideopipeline

i use wanimagetovideopipeline and works fine. now i switch to lightx2v lora and use 4steps. the video just horner the original image and seems ignore the prompt. could you add strength like that in videotovideo？

Beginne damit, den Einstiegspunkt WanImageToVideoPipeline zu finden und das angeforderte Strength-Verhalten mit dem bestehenden Video-to-Video-Pfad zu vergleichen. Reproduziere den im Issue beschriebenen vierstufigen LightX2V-LoRA-Fall und lege anschließend fest und überprüfe, was Strength ändern sollte; die Arbeit ist abgeschlossen, wenn der Prompt nicht mehr ignoriert wird und das Verhalten durch geeignete Tests abgedeckt ist.
