[Community] OpenAI Diffusion Pipeline

It would be cool to be able to use the many OpenAI Guided Diffusion models within diffusers itself.

An OpenAIGuidedDiffusionPipeline class to load and handle OpenAI Guided Diffusion Models

Simply using old Disco Diffusion or my fork DiscoStream

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing the repository's pipeline architecture and the OpenAI Guided Diffusion models to determine the required loading and handling scope; done would mean an OpenAIGuidedDiffusionPipeline class supports the requested models.
