Chapter about plasma model classification

I am thinking about a stand-alone chapter about plasma model classification. The basic idea is:

1. Plasma consists of electrons and ions.
2. Each species can be described either by a fluid, particle, or distribution model.
3. Depending on which descriptions are used, the models can be classified into MHD, two-fluid, hybrid, and kinetic models.

No file, chapter location, or existing entry point is named in the issue. First inspect the repository structure and current plasma-physics notes, then determine where a standalone chapter would fit; done means an agreed chapter scope and completed classification material.
