Provide offline version of the documentation

In countries like mine, the internet connection is not something that is easy to get or very cheap, so having a help and needing to be connected every time it is needed would be great.

Start by reviewing how this repository currently builds and publishes the documentation. Determine what offline format and distribution workflow would fit the existing docs, then define completion as documentation that can be accessed without an internet connection.
