Affiliates page mentions "HF goals", but does not explain where to find them

https://haskell.foundation/affiliates/ says "Affiliation means that the group supports the goals of the Haskell Foundation, and that the Haskell Foundation in turn supports this group", but there is no link to learn more about the goals of HF. Moreover, I was not able to find HF goals explicitly stated anywhere. What exactly affiliates are supposed to support?

Also the title should be "Affiliates", not "index".
