Physical Test Infrastructure

A CI system with a software controlled, instrumented, physical CAN bus (or two).

Sponsorship required for:
* Designing and building the test rig.
* At least a single dedicated test machine and probably a few "nodes".
* Adapters for each interface - Ideally equipment provided from each vendor.
* Actually hosting and maintaining such a setup
