Description

In the automotive industry, since 2000, the use of VCI (vehicle communication interfaces) has become very popular.
SAE J2534-1:2004 and Passthru API are widely adopted standards in this field.

It is recommended to add a new interface type J2534 VCI to the python-can module.

Based on the following ProtocolID values:
- ProtocolID values: 0x00000005; CAN ,CLASSIC CAN
- ProtocolID values: 0x00008004; CAN_PS ,CLASSIC CAN on J1962_PINS
- ProtocolID values: 0x00008011; FD_CAN_PS ,CAN FD on J1962_PINS

These interfaces can support different physical channels, such as CLASSIC CAN, CAN FD, and J1962_PINS with multiple physical channels.
