Description
I'm currently using the [PCAN-USB](https://www.peak-system.com/PCAN-USB.199.0.html?&L=1) and the `python-can` library to control an ESC and read sensor values from it. I would like to detect when the ESC is powered on and working correctly and when it's not. Is there any way to do this?
Note: I'm currently using `can.Bus`, not the `PcanBus`.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
