isCAN channel working example?

### Describe the bug

No combination of inputs for Channel works to initiate an isCAN interface

### To Reproduce

Just looking to make a connection. The required input to Channel being a Union of a String and Int with no further information is challenging. I have tried using the USB port as dev/TTYUSBx and the device number from the dmesg output, but nothing seems to be compatible with the python-can library.

### Expected behavior

A connection to the bus and execution of script
