Add Kvaser Leaf support on macOS by using the MacCAN-KvaserCAN implementation (https://github.com/mac-can/MacCAN-KvaserCAN).

Add a new interface module to support using Kvaser Leaf on macOS.

### Additional context
Supporting this interface on macOS may require shipping a C++ extension.
