Investigate broken module filter on dev mode

#### What are you trying to achieve or the steps to reproduce?

Go to page "Module", enter the name of a module to filter the list.

#### What was the result you got?

The list isn't filtered in dev mode: `npm run dev` but works in production `npm run gen && npm start`.

#### What result did you expect?

It should work in both modes.
