Open a local file

Hi, thanks for your hard work on this extention.

I'm trying to open and edit a local file with hackmd-it but I can't figure out a way to do it.

Context :
Chrome on Windows 11
A local .md file is in the Documents folder.
hackmd-it extention is installed in Chrome.
"Allow access to file URLs" is enabled for the extention. As described here https://stackoverflow.com/a/15626336/4672812
Windows 11 is configured to always open .md files with Chrome.
When I double click on the file it opens in chrome but not handled by hackmd-it.

Am I missing something here ?

Reproduce the reported flow on Chrome for Windows 11: open a local .md file from the Documents folder after enabling the extension's file-URL access. Trace how the extension handles local Markdown files and document or implement a way for hackmd-it to open and edit them when launched from Chrome. Done means the double-click workflow is handled by the extension.
