Hello! Thank you for such awesome platform.
**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I'm writing public news, announcements, etc., and I don't want "Editable" mode (default) for any of them. I prefer "Locked".
**Describe the solution you'd like**
I think, the setting in [Settings](https://hackmd.io/settings) is OK.
**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Hm… like work-around or other suggestions? I don't have any other.
