Richer list result

Currently it only returns ID and Name

We can return more fields like tags/updated time/created time

Start at src/commands/history.ts lines 27-33 and inspect how the list result is assembled. Extend the result beyond ID and name to include tags, updated time, and created time, then verify the CLI output shows those fields.
