Embed Video, and make it timecode-linkable somehow

If I embed a video (regardless of the exact source) it would be awesome If i could link to specific timecodes in that video. Would have to work with multiple videos on that page independently. YouTube is capable of jumping to a timecode, not sure how others do in that regard.

Let's say I have three videos of a live performance. I would like to be able to write a text about it, and then link to specific passages of the videos from the text. A jumpmark would be enough, but a start/end section might be even cooler.

Start by tracing how CodiMD currently embeds videos and handles different video sources. Define how links from note text identify individual videos and timecodes, then verify that multiple videos on one page can be targeted independently and that the requested jump behavior works across supported sources.
