Shell syntax highlighting looks good in editor but odd in published view

Description
It looks like the syntax highlighting, at least for shell commands and scripts, is handled differently in the editor and the published view. The published view does odd things.
My example document is [this one](https://hackmd.io/s/rJ4YjhQvG) and here is a screenshot of how inconsistent the right panel makes it look:
