Removing name/gender/age/etc from application review view

To support equality and truly focus on the skills the applicants present, the application review page should not show name, gender, age and such identifiers for the person who rates the application.

This is just an idea, but could be a great concrete step towards more equal hackathon community. Any opinions?

Start by locating the application review page and identifying where applicant name, gender, age, and other identifiers are rendered. Clarify which fields should be hidden and whether reviewers still need any demographic information before changing the view. Done means the agreed identifiers are absent from the reviewer-facing page and the relevant review flow still works.
