## 🐛 Bug Report Custom Yes/no question default choice is not approved

### What went wrong? 🤔

In Yes/no question, your choice is not saved if you choose the default option.

### Expected Behavior

If you click the default choice, your decision is saved

### Actual Behavior

If default to Yes/no question is No, you have to first click Yes and after that No before you can proceed

Reproduce the custom Yes/no question flow described in the issue, using a question whose default is No. Check that selecting the default choice is treated as a decision without first selecting the other option; done when the default selection can be submitted and saved directly.
