"Create event" button to say "Create and manage events"

Finding event managing is non-intuitive.

"Create and manage events" instead of just "Create event"


Start by locating the frontend control whose label is "Create event" and inspect the surrounding event-management navigation. Change the label to "Create and manage events", then verify that the button still reaches the expected event-management view and that the wording matches the requested text.
