Clapping on projects

[Blog sites](https://levelup.gitconnected.com/master-ux-with-react-in-2020-four-ways-to-upgrade-your-react-app-user-experience-a053b3ffbf59) have the function of "clapping" on user's posts, I think this is something that could be nice to implement in the projects gallery!

I could also maybe take this as a first project.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the projects gallery and reviewing the linked react-rewards and react-clap-button packages. Done would require an agreed clapping interaction in the gallery, including the intended user experience and scope.
