Wiki updates

### Overview
We need to update the wiki so that it has the latest info for people onboarding, so that they know what they are developing and we can avoid sharing things in meetings when they should be available in the wiki

- [ ] review the questions to see what needs to be added to wiki
- [ ] Write up changes
