- [ ] kb.approver: same as maintainer
- [ ] kb.view: all view privileges for kb and pd
- [ ] If PEOPLE_DEPOT_SYNCH=FALSE
- [ ] kb.admin: all privileges for all tables
- [ ] kb.maintainer: all privileges for all tables except view only for users
- [ ] kb.approver: same as maintainer
- [ ] kb.view: all view privileges for kb and pd
