Create a Guide/Template: Setting up & Deleting Slack Reminders for your project

We need to create a guide so that people know how to setup slack reminders.

Start by reviewing the linked Slack Reminders Guide V1–V3 and the V4 PDF in the Google Drive folder, then follow the linked wiki instructions for drafting, peer review, and leadership review. Check guides issue 41 for current coordination. Done means producing the guide draft, recreating V4 if needed, completing peer review, and submitting it for leadership review.
