Create a Guide/Template: Logo Design

### Overview
We need to create a guide about designing logos for designers at Hack for LA to reference when they work on logos

- When making this guide, create a template Figma with logo studies mockups. Use the samples from [100 Automation Figma favicon test board](https://www.figma.com/file/zGyhV8Z6sLohatYAnFoxQm/100Automations-Project-Board?node-id=1593%3A525) to get started
- The above has a mockup of multiple toolbars so that you can put your favicon on different backgrounds and evaluate them against other recognized logos.
