Create a Guide/Template: Agile Development Frameworks and Methodologies: Scrum and Kanban

### Overview
We need to create a guide explaining the difference between Scrum (Agile Framework) and Kanban (Agile Methodology) and why Hack for LA uses Kanban and a modified standup instead of Scrum
