Create a Guide/Template: UX/UI Accessibility Standards

### Overview
We need to create a guide for UX/UI Accessibility so that designers at Hack for LA can ensure their projects follow accessibility standards

Beginne mit dem verlinkten Entwurf des UX/UI Accessibility Guide und den drei Ressourcendokumenten im Google Drive-Ordner. Überprüfe anschließend die verlinkten Wiki-Anweisungen für jede nicht abgehakte Phase. Fülle den Abschnitt Tasks aus, einschließlich des Sammelns von Beispielen, eines Peer-Reviews und eines Reviews durch die Leitung sowie einer gegebenenfalls erforderlichen Vorlage.
